Reservations and Payments
How can I book a private transfer in Lisbon or a tour in Portugal with Bestourspt?
You can book your transfer from Lisbon Airport or a private tour anywhere in Portugal through the “Request a Quote” section on our website, via WhatsApp, or by email. After payment, we always send a digital voucher with all the service details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards, bank transfer, and MB Way. We also provide a secure Stripe payment link (shared upon confirmation). PIX is available upon request.
Can I pay only part of the amount at the time of booking?
Yes. For weddings and events: 50% upon acceptance of the quote and 50% one month before the service. For transfers and tours: full payment at the time of booking.
How much does a private transfer from Lisbon Airport to the city center cost?
Prices depend on the vehicle, time, and luggage. As a reference: Lisbon Airport ↔ city center from €35 (1–3 pax, 3 bags). For other destinations (Cascais, Sintra, etc.), please request a quote. Our focus is quality and comfort, while maintaining competitive and transparent prices.
Cancellations and Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
For weddings/events, specific conditions may apply as stated in the quote/contract.
What happens if I don’t show up at the scheduled time (no-show)?
It will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Transfers Operation
Is Bestourspt available 24/7?
Yes. We operate day and night, including weekends and holidays.
Do drivers wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We monitor flights/ships in real time. The new arrival time becomes the pickup time. In case of exceptionally long delays, reprogramming is subject to availability.
How much free waiting time is included?
Extra time: €12 per 15 min (per vehicle). Weddings/events may have specific conditions stated in the proposal.
Are the vehicles private or shared?
Always private, with a dedicated professional driver.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, upon prior request and free of charge. Please note that in Portugal child restraint seats are mandatory for children up to 12 years old or 135 cm in height.
How much luggage can I bring?
If carrying extra or oversized luggage, please inform us so we can recommend the right vehicle.
Can I bring bicycles, surfboards, or special luggage?
Yes, upon prior request. Please confirm with us so we can arrange the suitable vehicle and ensure safe transport.
Where can I meet the driver at Lisbon Airport?
We use an efficient method tested by thousands of passengers, as confirmed in our Google reviews. We also send a visual guide with photos.
Private Tours
Can I book a private tour anywhere in Portugal or Spain?
Yes, we organize tours throughout Portugal and Spain. However, services must start or end in the Lisbon district.
For example: a 2-day program may include Day 1: transfer/tour Lisbon → Porto with stops along the way, and Day 2: a tour to Braga and Guimarães or another regional tour.
Can I customize a tour?
Yes. All tours are private and tailored to your interests, pace, and schedule. The price remains the same as long as the duration and distance are equivalent.

Sintra (Pena Palace, Regaleira, Cabo da Roca), Fátima, Óbidos & Nazaré, Évora, Arrábida & Setúbal, and multi-day itineraries in Portugal and Spain.
Weddings and Groups
Do you organize transportation for weddings in Portugal?
Yes. We handle airport transfers, hotel-to-venue transfers, logistics for guests, and premium vehicles for the bride and groom. Each wedding has an exclusive booking link with a 10% discount for guests on transfers/tours.
Is it possible to book transportation for large groups?
Yes. In addition to our private vehicles (Tesla Model 3, Tesla Model S, Mercedes Vito, and Mercedes V-Class), we organize buses for groups of several dozens or even hundreds of passengers, ideal for weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
