My husband and I came for a very nice holiday in the Lisbon area. We received Andreia Fernades; name from a friend who also used her in the past. She took us to Sintra on a day trip. It was a wonderful experience. She isvery knowledgeable, warm, and professional. We saw places that were very special. We would not have been able to do this on our own. We highly recommend her. She also ended up taking us to the airport which was also a good experience.

We had a great experience with Gonçalo from Bestourspt. We did not book a full tour, but used their service for private transportation to and from a winery one day, and for a separate airport transfer. Gonçalo was always on time, very professional, and easy to communicate with. He was also genuinely helpful, offering thoughtful tips and suggestions for things to do on a different day when we planned to use public transportation instead of a tour. Those local insights were much appreciated and made our trip smoother. If you need reliable transfers, airport transportation, or just someone knowledgeable who is happy to share advice, I would absolutely recommend Gonçalo and Bestourspt.

He took many photographs and even surprised us with several videos of the places we visited. The restaurant he suggested for lunch was truly authentic and the cook even gave us her Portuguese Stew recipe! We met Gonçalo in Lisbon — he was only supposed to drive us to Fátima, but as fate would have it, he ended up driving us across Europe. What started as a simple trip became a road journey through Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy. From the agricultural plains of Portugal, through Spain and the majestic Pyrenees, and across Italy’s winding roads and countless tunnels, Gonçalo was a steady, patient, and reliable presence. Despite our ever-changing plans, multiple pieces of luggage, and spontaneous detours, he remained gracious, accommodating, and always respectful. He has a wonderful sense of when to give you space and when to share his knowledge, offering thoughtful bits of history and local insight along the way. What a pilgrimage and a road trip this has been — and Gonçalo truly made it all the more memorable. And he takes great photos too.
