Frequently Asked Questions

How does the travel consultancy service work?

Once we receive your request, we analyse your preferences and requirements. Within 12 to 24 hours, we will send you a personalised itinerary proposal. You can adjust the plan before confirming.

Can I change the itinerary after receiving the proposal?

Yes. We will adjust the programme according to your suggestions until you are satisfied. Changes after confirmation may incur additional costs, depending on the partners involved.

Do you make accommodation reservations?

No. Our consultancy includes transfers, tours and reservations at restaurants, wineries or experiences, but we do not take care of accommodation.

How long does it take to prepare for the trip?

We recommend sending your request at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. During periods of high demand, plan ahead with extra time.

What happens on consecutive day tours with free days?

If you are planning consecutive day tours and there is a day without service outside the Lisbon district, that day has an associated base cost, calculated according to the immobilisation of the vehicle and driver. If the free day occurs within the Lisbon district, there is no additional cost for that day.
